* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 

  8 inches. Locally higher amounts are expected. Winds gusting as 

  high as 45 mph.



* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, and northern West Virginia.



* WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions 

  could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. 

  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
