  9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Snow squall conditions

  will be possible during the evening and overnight.



* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West

  Virginia.



* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions

  will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
