* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile due to falling and 

  blowing snow. Travel may be impacted. Areas of blowing snow could 

  significantly reduce visibility.

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations up 

  to two inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 65 mph.



* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.



* WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST Monday.



* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and 

  blowing snow. Travel may be impacted. Areas of blowing snow could 

  significantly reduce visibility. Very strong winds could result in 

  power outages.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There may be a brief break in blizzard 

  conditions Saturday before conditions deteriorate again by Sunday. 

  Wind chills as low as 70 below zero are expected at times through 

  the weekend. Exercise caution while outdoors as frostbite can 

  occur in as little as five minutes or less.
