FOR NORTHWESTERN JACKSON, SOUTHWESTERN HAAKON AND SOUTHEASTERN

PENNINGTON COUNTIES...



At 1042 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cedar Pass, or

23 miles west of Kadoka, moving north at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

  Interior, Cedar Pass, Cactus Flat, Minuteman Missile Visitors

  Center, Delta 1 Launch Facility, Cottonwood and Philip.



This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 120

and 138.
