...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM CDT FOR

NORTHWESTERN MCLEAN AND NORTH CENTRAL MERCER COUNTIES...



At 350 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest of

Hazen Bay Recreation Area, or 13 miles west of Garrison, moving

northeast at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



This severe thunderstorm will be near...

  Garrison around 405 PM CDT.



Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Emmet.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure

and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing

dangerous hail and damaging winds.



A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT Monday for a

portion of south central North Dakota.
