* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  McDuffie County in east central Georgia...



* Until 530 PM EDT.



* At 441 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wrightsboro,

  or 9 miles north of Thomson, moving south at 20 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.



* Locations impacted include...

  Thomson, Thomson-McDuffie County Airport, Wrightsboro, Autney,

  Boneville, Sweetwater Park, Ansley Mill, Arties Pond Public Fishing

  Area, McDuffie County Fire Department, Thomson Fire Department,

  McDuffie Regional Medical Center, and University Hospital McDuffie.



This includes Interstate 20 in Georgia between mile markers 167 and

177.
