NORTHWESTERN MUNICIPALITIES THROUGH 445 PM AST...



At 337 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong

thunderstorms near San Sebastian, moving west at 10 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and frequent lightning.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.

Arecibo, Las Marias, Mayaguez, Anasco, Hormigueros, Lares, San

Sebastian, Quebradillas, Rafael Capo, Hato Arriba, Rafael Gonzalez,
