...LIGHT SNOW AND WINTRY MIX THIS MORNING...



Light snow could mix with light freezing rain this morning across

parts of eastern North Dakota, as well as the central and 

southern Red River Valley. During periods of snow, visibility

could fall as low as 1 mile, with slick travel conditions possible

with both the freezing rain and light snow. Travel impacts are

possible during the Tuesday morning commute. Conditions will

improve during the late morning hours as temperatures climb to

near freezing.
