...A LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND CONTINUES TO AFFECT PARTS OF NORTHERN 

CENTRE AND SOUTHERN CENTRE COUNTIES...



At 1057 AM EST, a stationary lake effect snow band extended from 

Snow Shoe to Zion. The snow band will result in reduced visibility 

and could produce slick, snow-covered roads.



Locations impacted include...

Bellefonte, Woodward, Pleasant Gap, Lamar, Zion, Centre Hall,

Milesburg, Millheim, Snow Shoe, Clarence, Aaronsburg, Rebersburg,

Moshannon, Spring Mills, Coburn, Pine Glen, Madisonburg, Bald Eagle

State Park, Poe Valley State Park, and Howard.



The snow can produce slick road conditions. Be prepared for 

hazardous driving conditions. Consider delaying travel if you will 

be going through this lake effect snow band.
