visibility to less than one mile.



LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 934 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was near

Saratoga Springs moving east at 25 MPH.

Saratoga Springs, Hoosick Falls, Ballston Spa, Cambridge, Greenwich,

Round Lake, Galway, Rock City Falls, North Ballston Spa, Kings, Mount

Pleasant, Gates, Malta, Greenfield, Hoosick, Lee, Northumberland,

White Creek, Easton, and Stillwater.



This includes Interstate 87 between exits 12 and 15.
