SARATOGA COUNTIES...



HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow which can rapidly reduce visibility 

to less than one mile and lead to slippery travel for the evening 

commute.



LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 441 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was along

a line extending from near Tribes Hill to near Waterford and moving

east.



LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

Schenectady, Troy, Clifton Park, Rotterdam, Cohoes, Watervliet,

Colonie, Scotia, Mechanicville, Latham, Glenville, Niskayuna,

Menands, Green Island, Waterford, Round Lake, Loudonville, Rotterdam

Junction, East Glenville, and Burnt Hills.



This includes the following highways...

 Interstate 88 near exit 25.

 Interstate 90 between exits 25 and 26.

 Interstate 890 between exits 1a and 9.

 Interstate 87 between exits 4 and 7, and between exits 8A and 10.

 Interstate 787 between exits 7 and 9.
