Scattered thunderstorms are expected across the Northern Plains

tonight and Monday, mainly across the Dakotas, western Minnesota, 

and southern Canada. Some of the storms may be severe at times. 

Lows tonight will range from the lower 50s in eastern Montana to

the upper 60s in the eastern Dakotas, and lower 70s in parts of

southern Minnesota. Highs on Monday will range from the 70s in

eastern Montana to the mid 90s in southeast North Dakota, eastern

South Dakota, and central and southern Minnesota. 



A gradual warming trend is expected by the middle and latter parts

of the week, with highs in the 80s and 90s across the region from

Wednesday through Friday. Low to medium chances of thunderstorms

will continue across the region at times during the middle to

latter parts of the week.
