Focus will mainly be in central South Dakota with snow covering much of the northeast and north central portions of the state. Winds increase out of the southeast as high pressure moves east of the area for Sunday, but only to about 20 to 30mph for the Missouri valley region. Temperatures are expected to warm into the 30s to mid 40s across snow free areas in central South Dakota, with humidity down to around 35 to 50 percent. Winds will persist into Sunday night but for central South Dakota winds will be on the decrease Monday as the core of stronger winds moves into northeast South Dakota. Monday will feature temperatures into the 50s, humidity between 40 and 50 percent and that southeast wind of 15 to 25mph.
