* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense freezing fog.



* WHERE...Lower Columbia River and Cowlitz River Valleys, and Lane 

  County Lowlands.



* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.



* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. 

  Some areas could see slick surfaces. Especially on raised, metal 

  surfaces.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With temperatures currently at or near 

  freezing. Expect dense freezing fog.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of 

distance ahead of you.
