This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central Kansas,

east central Kansas, south central Kansas and southeast Kansas.



.DAY ONE...Tonight



No hazardous weather is expected at this time.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday



Warm temperatures and high humidity will support heat indices 

between 100 and 105 degrees areawide during the afternoon and early

evening hours on Monday and Thursday. Heat index values in excess

of 100 degrees are expected in southeast Kansas on Tuesday and 

Wednesday.



Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible during the

afternoon and evening hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in 

central Kansas. Most locations are expected to stay dry, and severe

weather is not expected at this time.
