This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,

South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.



.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight



A brief period of very high grassland fire danger is forecast across

portions of central and southeast Kansas this afternoon.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday



A light wintry mix is possible Sunday morning through Monday 

morning across mainly central Kansas. There remains quite a bit of 

uncertainty surrounding this period, stay tuned as we refine 

the details over the next couple of days.



A few thunderstorms are possible Tuesday and Wednesday, along with

Thursday night into Friday. However, severe weather is not expected

at this time.
