This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast

Wisconsin.



.DAY ONE...Rest of tonight



Even as snow ends over eastern Wisconsin this evening, expect roads,

parking lots and sidewalks across the region to remain snow covered

and slippery the rest of the night.



There is a slight chance of freezing drizzle overnight across 

central Wisconsin. 



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Tuesday



An arctic cold front will bring light snow to the region on

Wednesday, with most places getting a dusting to a half inch.

Increasing lake-effect snow in north central Wisconsin could

result in 1 to 3 inches in Vilas County. The surge of arctic air 

will result in wind chills as low as 15 to 25 below zero New 

Years Eve into early New Years Day.
