This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and

portions of north central Kansas.



.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.



Hot temperatures in combination with high humidity will result in heat

index values in the mid 90s to low 100s during the afternoon and 

evening hours. A Heat Advisory is in effect until 9pm for areas

mainly along and east of Highway 81.  



Isolated thunderstorms are possible during the evening to

overnight hours. If storms form they could become severe capable

of producing wind gusts of 60mph and hail around the size of half

dollars.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.



Off and on chances for thunderstorms continue through the rest of

the week. A few storms Tuesday evening could be strong to severe

capable of producing damaging wind gusts and large hail.
