This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.



.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...



A Heat Advisory is in effect for central Georgia and portions of

north Georgia through 8 PM EDT today. Heat index values are 

expected to reach as high as 109.



Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are likely in portions of east

Georgia through this evening.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday...



A Heat Advisory is in effect for western and into central Georgia 

from 12 PM to 8 PM EDT Tuesday. Heat index values are expected to

reach as high as 107.



Hot conditions persist through much of the week, with heat index 

values forecast to be in the 100s each day.



Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible each day this

week, with highest chances in the afternoon and evening hours.
