In addition, overnight temperatures will remain warm, limiting relief from the heat tonight and in the nights ahead. An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect for the entire area. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY A dangerous combination of hot and very humid conditions will continue through at least Wednesday and potentially longer. Peak heat index values between 100 and 110 degrees are likely, along with very warm nighttime lows. Depending on storms and associated cloud cover, the impactful heat may continue through the end of the week. An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect through Wednesday evening. There is a chance for thunderstorms throughout the latter half of the week and into the 4th of July weekend.
