Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

Periods of light snow and patchy freezing drizzle through early

evening with accumulations of 1 inch or less. Slippery travel 

conditions are expected. Any light ice glazing should fall on top 

of any snow, mitigating the impacts.
