beginning on Wednesday...

A series of atmospheric rivers will bring widespread rainfall and snow  

across California from Wednesday through the weekend, increasing the risk  

for urban and small stream flooding. Liquid precipitation amounts are  

generally expected to range from 1 to 2" per day, so widespread hydrologic  

impacts are not anticipated. Isolated urban and small stream flooding will  

be the primary concerns. While river levels are expected to rise, HEFS 30%  

guidance suggests most will only reach action stage, with no significant  

river flooding expected.
