.DISCUSSION...5 to 10 mph northeasterly winds will continue 

through the morning hours with winds shifting to the southwest in 

the afternoon. Winds will favor a southerly-to-southwesterly 

direction in the evening, with winds slowly veering around to the 

east overnight. Winds will swing back to the south/southwest on 

Tuesday afternoon. Relative humidities will bottom out in the 

single digits-to-low teens each afternoon with overnight 

recoveries into the 20 to 30 percent range. No precipitation is 

expected for the next week.
