.DISCUSSION...Light northerly-to-northeastelry winds will 

continue through late morning. Winds will increase slightly, with

sustained speeds around 5 to 10 mph, and shift to the southwest 

around noon today. These southwesterly winds will continue 

through the afternoon and into the evening with wind speeds 

decreasing after sunset. Winds overnight will remain light, 

favoring an easterly-to-southeasterly direction into Tuesday 

morning. Dry conditions will persist with relative humidities 

bottoming out in the single digits to low teens each afternoon and 

overnight recoveries in the 25 to 35 percent range.
