.DISCUSSION...Winds will continue to veer clockwise over the next

few hours with wind speeds between 10 and 15 mph. However, due 

to terrain-blocking, north winds may have slightly decreased speeds

than forecast. Speeds will gradually decrease as the evening progresses,

becoming light and variable by the early-morning. Breezy southwest

winds between 5 and 10 mph set back up Monday afternoon. No chance of

precipitation. Expect afternoon relative humidities in the low-teens

and overnight recoveries around 30 percent.
