Winds will be light and variable this morning, then more out of the west-northwest around 5 mph late in the morning into the afternoon. Isolated showers and storms could develop near the site late this afternoon after 3 PM. This could cause winds to become more variable, even if not over the burn itself. A weak sea breeze may approach the site late in the afternoon, which would cause winds to turn more southerly. Dispersions will become good this afternoon. Conditions will be hot with a heat advisory in effect. Heat indices will be near 108-110 this afternoon. Tonight, there may be a lull in rain chances early in the evening, followed by a weakening band of showers and storms late in the evening after 9 PM. If this band holds together, gusty northeast winds are possible with the storms, or any outflow that comes from the decaying storms. Otherwise, winds will be light out of the west or calm through the night. .REST OF TODAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny (10-20 percent). CWR.................10 percent. Max temperature.....Around 97.
