Elevated to near critical conditions will develop once again

Tuesday afternoon into the early evening due to continued gusty

southwest winds and low humidity. Gusts on Tuesday should peak

around 25 mph, then around 20 mph Wednesday (more typical for

upslope/upvalley breeziness this time of year), as wind 

directions return to mostly terrain-driven tendencies. Afternoon

minimum humidities near 10% Tuesday will drop to the single digits

Wednesday, following poor to fair overnight recoveries.
