Light west winds this morning will turn to the  will turn to the southwest

by 200 to 300 PM. There is a strong temperature inversion this morning, and

the mixing height is unlikely to reach 1600 ft until between 1200 and 100 PM.

Light winds in the low levels and low mixing heights will result in poor to 

marginal smoke dispersal.
