.DISCUSSION...Southwesterly winds will increase tomorrow, with gusts 

to around 35 mph expected near the fire. Gusts of 45-50 mph will be 

possible where terrain effects enhance the winds and across exposed 

higher elevations. Relative humidities remain low through the rest of 

the week, with relatively poor overnight recovery. Winds relax a bit on 

Wednesday, but are expected to increase again on Thursday. No wetting 

rain is anticipated through the next 7 days.
