gusty winds to 30 mph with relative humidity below 15 percent. 

Winds on Tuesday are expected to be stronger as a disturbance 

moves through the area with gusts up to 45 mph possible at the 

ridgetops. The remainder of the week still remains dry and breezy

each afternoon with Tuesday being the strongest day.
