A warm and dry air mass will be in place across the area again today. Highs will warm into the 70s with RH values generally in the 25 to 35% range but portions of far southern MO could see RH values around 20%. Winds will be east to southeasterly early this morning and will become more south to southwesterly by late morning and west to southwesterly this afternoon around 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 20 to 30 mph at times. There will be the potential for some scattered light showers and maybe a rumble of thunder or two today, not all locations will be impacted. Isolated wind gusts up to 40 mph could be possible with a few of the showers and any storms this afternoon and evening. A cold front will move through the region later this afternoon and evening and wind will become morning northern this evening and tonight.
