A cloud deck over much of the area will reduce diurnal heating through the day. RH values will remain above 50%, and in some areas (generally the northern panhandle) above 80%. High temperatures will hover in the 50s and low 60s,except for the southern panhandle where mid to upper 60s are possible if the marine layers recedes quickly enough during the daytime hours. Winds remain on the lower end Monday and Tuesday, with occasional gusts to 20 mph in the afternoon.
