At 725 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. The heavy rain has ended and little to no additional rain is expected. However, it will take some time for standing water and areas flooding to diminish.
