Clear skies have allowed temperatures to fall into the teens with a light westerly winds creating wind chills in the single digits in some spots. Downsloping west-northwest winds through the day today will help boost temperatures back above-normal this afternoon with some passing mid and high clouds. Afternoon temperatures will top out in the mid 40s to low 50s. Further warming occurs on Wednesday and highs will reach back into the 50s for most. A couple of weak cold fronts will push through the area Wednesday and Thursday nights, leading to increased cloud cover and slightly cooler temperatures for Thursday and Friday.
