* At 321 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located over Parris Island Reef, moving south at
  20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Fish America, Gaskins Bank Wreck, Gaskin Banks, General Gordon,
  Port Royal Sound, Hilton Head Reef and Parris Island Reef.
