  Bay...

* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 221 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm producing waterspouts was
  located near The Mouth Of Little Traverse Bay, moving east at 10
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Public.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Harbor Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor

* At 233 PM AST, a strong thunderstorm was located over mainly areas 
  of Manati area moving into the Atlantic coastal waters, north at 
  10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves. Waterspouts cannot be ruled out.
