* At 947 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 10 nm southeast of New River Inlet to A R 445,
  moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Northwest Places, Big Ten Fathom, and Ar355.
